FlowStates is a personal productivity and well-being application that offers focus sessions, task management, daily reflection, and AI-assisted check-in features.
A valid account is required to use the App. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

All content you create, upload, or share through the App (notes, tasks, audio recordings, etc.) belongs to you. You are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and any potential third-party violations.
FlowStates provides AI-assisted suggestions and evaluations. These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions made based on AI output are entirely at your own risk.
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. FlowStates assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of those services.
The App's software, design, trademarks, and all original content are owned by FlowStates. The license granted to you is limited to personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable use. Copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any part of the App is prohibited.
FlowStates may offer free and paid tiers. A valid payment method is required to access paid features.
We may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

FlowStates provides its services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
